Privacy Policy

The only information we collect through this site is what you choose to enter into our contact form:

• First name
• Last name
• Work email
• Company name (optional)
• Inquiry category
• Your message

We do not collect any protected health information (PHI) through this site, and you should not submit any, either through the contact form or the chat window.

Separately, our hosting and analytics providers process technical data about your visit, and our chat window collects whatever you type into it once you choose to open it. Both are described under Third-party services below.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own purposes. Contact form submissions are delivered to our internal team inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider, which processes the message in order to send it.

This site is hosted on Vercel, which processes the technical data needed to serve the site (such as request logs) at the infrastructure level. For details on that, see Vercel’s Privacy Policy.

These are every outside service involved in running this site. We list them so you can see exactly who processes what.

• Vercel hosts the site and processes the technical data needed to serve it, such as request logs. See Vercel’s Privacy Policy.
• Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights measure page views and loading performance in aggregate. They set no cookies and store nothing in your browser.
• Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox, and processes the contents of the message in order to send it.
• Chatbase provides the chat window, and receives whatever you type into it. Their software loads only after you click to open chat. Until then no request is made to them and no cookie is set. Do not enter patient information in chat.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and there is no cookie banner because nothing we set requires consent.

• NEXT_LOCALE is set by this site to remember the language you chose. It is a preference, not a tracker.
• chatbase_anon_id is set by Chatbase, and only if you open the chat window. If you never open chat, it is never set and their software is never loaded.

This site also stores your language choice in your browser’s local storage so the language prompt does not reappear. That never leaves your device.

• If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we hold, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
• If you are in the EU or the UK, you have rights under the GDPR, including the rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability.
